Qualifications

  • Candidates must have strong matter management experience and exposure to high net-worth private clients in addition to corporate clients.
  • Experience in relation to corporate and partnerships disputes. Specifically – Shareholder and Director disputes.
  • The client is looking for a qualified associate with between five to ten years of experience at a well rated UK practice.
