The Role
- Strategic Leadership: Building upon the success of an existing LPM function and furthering the team's reputation. Growing the LPM offering and its profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team comprising of a Snr LPM, LPMs and Analyst level colleagues.
- Matter Oversight: Maintain a level of involvement on some of the firm's key matters.
- Innovation & Tech Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.
Experience Required
- At least ten years experience working in an LPM function or a leading city litigation or real estate function.
- Demonstrable leadership experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to create strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
