The Client A leading international law firm with a fantastic client base. The Competition team is comprised of three partners providing advice on the full spectrum of EU and UK competition law matters and in relation to foreign direct investment controls, including approvals under the UK National Security and Investment Act. They work on complex UK merger control cases and many high-profile, cross-border deals requiring regulatory approval in Brussels and worldwide. The firm has strengths in many sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, mining, TMT and retail sectors.
Qualifications The client is seeking associates with top quality experience gained from a leading UK or Brussels based Competition team. The client is looking for a qualified associate with between three to six years of experience.
