We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join the Head Office of a global finance team. The role will play a key role in advising operations across multiple jurisdictions. This is a varied role combining tax compliance, advisory, risk management, and process improvement responsibilities within a complex multinational environment.
Working closely with colleagues across finance, external advisers, and international stakeholders, you will play a key role in managing global tax matters, ensuring compliance obligations are met, and providing practical tax guidance to support business activities worldwide. This opportunity will suit anyone coming from a personal or corporate tax background who is wanting to step into a global leadership role. The position will report into a Senior Manager while looking after a team of 3.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead international tax compliance and reporting activities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide tax guidance and support to finance teams and wider business stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external advisers and coordinate delivery of tax-related projects.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support tax aspects of financial reporting, business initiatives, and organisational change projects.
- Drive process improvements, controls, and technology-enabled efficiencies within the tax function.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the wider finance team.
