This is not a 'back-office' tax job, you will be embedded within a market leading corporate finance team- working on complex, high-value deals & helping clients navigate the tax implications of M&A, restructuring, succession planning & restructuring.

You will collaborate closely with a highly experienced team, playing an integral role across a wide range of corporate finance projects, including:
- Provide expert tax advice on a wide range of corporate finance projects (including mergers, acquisitions, disposals & restructurings).
- Lead & deliver complex tax advisory projects from initial scoping through to completion.
- Identify tax risks and planning opportunities through due diligence & structuring phases.
An experienced tax professional, with a strong background in tax advisory.
