The Job…

Reporting to the firm’s tax partner, & working collaboratively with the tax advisory team, you will be involved across the following areas:

  • Delivering custom tax advice to a diverse portfolio of clients involved in mergers and acquisitions/corporate restructurings.
  • Preparing tax due diligence reports.
  • Active involvement in business development activity.

The Ideal Candidate…

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • CTA qualification would be highly desirable.
  • Ideally you will have 1-2 years’ PQE in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills.
