The Role
We are seeking a motivated Showroom Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our client’s dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences in the tiles, bathrooms and interiors division. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their selection process, from first enquiry to completed sale, while maintaining the showroom’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice to customers on product selection, tailoring recommendations to their needs and budgets.

Handle enquiries in person, by phone, and by email, ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage.

Prepare detailed specifications and quotations in line with customer requirements.

Proactively develop new sales opportunities, including arranging showroom visits and building strong client relationships.

Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are well-stocked and presented to a high standard.

Manage cash handling, till operation, and computer systems.

Support other departments when required and work collaboratively with the wider branch team.

Participate in stock counts and maintain accurate records.

Keep product knowledge up to date through ongoing training and supplier sessions.
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a retail sales or showroom environment.
