Recruitment/HR Officer

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading, multi-site and exponentially growing business in the Dungannon Area on an initial 12 month basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full end to end recruitment process across all company sites whilst working within a well-established HR team and availing of a highly-competitive pay/benefits package.

What will you do ?

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will take ownership of the 360 recruitment process across all company sites whilst receiving support from the extended HR Team. Duties include;

  • Liaise with managers to identify potential vacancies, devise job descriptions and post job adverts across all company advertising platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create company advertising campaigns regarding how to attract top-tier talent.
  • Use a range of different attraction/ headhunting techniques and platforms to attract candidates
  • Partner with local schools, colleges, universities and training providers to partake in career fairs
  • Utilise the company HR and Recruitment systems to upload and revise employee personnel records
  • Support the HR Department in rolling out L and D initiatives

What will you require ?

  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within an in-house or agency role
  • Have access to car and a full driving licence
  • Ability to use Linkedin Recruiter and other job advertising platforms
  • Proficient in utilising HRIS/ Recruitment Systems
