The Opportunity
Working closely with senior management, you will take ownership of the day-to-day internal finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient processes, and timely financial information to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily internal finance operations
- Maintaining accurate accounting records across integrated finance systems
- Completing balance sheet and control account reconciliations
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Processing supplier payments and monitoring financial controls
- Assisting with ad hoc reporting and wider finance-related tasks
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial procedures
About You
- Previous experience in an internal accounting or finance role
- Strong experience preparing management accounts and reconciliations
- Comfortable operating within a professional services environment
- Proficient in Xero, Excel, and Microsoft Office packages
- Strong understanding of accounting controls and financial processes
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
