Our client is a well-established legal practice known for delivering top-tier services to a diverse range of clients. With a strong commitment to professional development and a collaborative work environment, they offer an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Paralegal or Law Graduate to grow within their Private Client team. The Role: As a Paralegal in the private client team you will be an essential part of the team, working closely with experienced solicitors to support the delivery of high-quality legal services. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conveyancing, wills, probate and admin of estates. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and reviewing documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and other conveyancing forms. Assisting with the completion of property transactions, including liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors. Conducting searches and reviewing reports, including Land Registry and local authority searches. Managing post-completion formalities, such as registering transactions with HM Land Registry and handling stamp duty submissions. Maintaining and organising client files, correspondence, and key documentation throughout the conveyancing process. Keeping updated on changes to property law and conveyancing procedures. Qualifications: Law degree (LL.B or J.D.) or paralegal certification. Strong academic record and a keen interest in private client law. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
