Office & Customer Service Coordinator Belfast Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting on behalf of an established multi-site organisation within the FMCG sector for an Office & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Belfast.

The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.

This is a varied and hands-on role combining customer service, sales administration and office coordination.

It would suit an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy environment, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Working closely with customers, sales teams, logistics partners and management, you will help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered as expected.

You will also take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office and creating a professional and welcoming environment for customers, visitors and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities Process customer sales orders and sample orders accurately and efficiently.

Liaise with customers, logistics partners and sales representatives to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

Respond to customer queries professionally and provide a high standard of customer service.

Prepare and distribute daily and weekly order reports.

Obtain supporting information and authorisation for credit note requests.

Provide general administrative support across the business.

Work closely with management and the sales team within a small, collaborative administration function.

Manage front-of-house responsibilities, including telephone calls, meeting and greeting visitors and providing hospitality.

Prepare boardrooms and meeting spaces to a consistently high standard.

Manage daily post distribution and arrange hotel bookings when required.

Coordinate monthly office events and contribute creative ideas to develop an engaging events calendar.

Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative and office coordination tasks as required.

About You We are looking for someone who is organised, dependable and proactive, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, office coordination or a similar role.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.

A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to use your own initiative.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A friendly, professional and approachable manner.

The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.

Good general IT and administrative skills.

Experience within FMCG, retail, wholesale or a similar environment would be advantageous.
