They are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Administrator to join their warm and welcoming team. The role
You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of a busy construction company and its projects from start to finish, working closely with project managers, site teams and office staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to project teams
- Managing project documentation and filing systems
- Assisting with procurement processes and tracking deliveries
- Maintaining records of site attendance, materials and costs
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders β establishing strong relations
- Supporting compliance with health and safety documentation
- Preparing reports and updating project schedules as required
