Artemis Human Capital is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to join a global bulk material handling equipment manufacturer. This pivotal role serves as a key link between commercial and operational teams, ensuring the successful rollout of strategic initiatives including commercial support programs, dealer development, and aftersales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned international markets, identifying key factors influencing brand performance and creating strategies to ensure sustainable year-on-year growth.
- Build specialist knowledge of local market conditions, cultures, and business practices to identify effective routes to market and future opportunities.
- Gather and analyse market intelligence to inform business strategies and identify ways to increase market share.
- Develop and implement commercial tools to support dealer and direct sales activities.
- Coordinate territory forecasting and the S&OP process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and integrated management systems.
- Manage and support existing dealer networks through structured performance management tools.
- Identify and prospect new dealer partners in underrepresented territories or market segments.
- Oversee sales forecasting, order management, backlog scheduling, and credit processes for the territory.
- Act as a key contributor to the global Sales & Marketing team.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, seminars, product demonstrations, and other promotional activities.
- Communicate new product launches, pricing strategies, and product updates to the dealer network and customers.
- Deliver professional presentations to key accounts and end users.
- Coordinate sales training programs for dealer sales teams.
- Report market trends, competitor activities, and strategic insights on a regular basis.
- Provide structured market feedback to support new product development and product improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in engineering or business discipline, or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen with sound financial awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing business plans and presenting commercial scenarios.
- Demonstrated success in B2B business development and sales of capital or industrial equipment and services.
