Legal Executive Personal Injury / Litigation Belfast | Full-Time | Permanent We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Belfast law firm for an experienced Legal Executive to join its Personal Injury / Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive with at least 2 years experience in personal injury or litigation who is looking to develop their career within a busy and supportive legal environment. The Role Working as part of an established team, you will have responsibility for managing a varied caseload and supporting clients throughout the litigation process. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of personal injury and/or litigation matters. Handling files from initial instruction through to resolution. Drafting legal correspondence and documentation. Liaising with clients, solicitors, counsel, insurers and other relevant parties. Preparing cases for negotiation, settlement and, where required, litigation. Providing high-quality client service and keeping clients updated throughout their case. Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines and regulatory requirements. About You The successful candidate will have: At least 2 years relevant experience in Personal Injury or Litigation. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and case management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage a busy caseload independently. A professional and client-focused approach.
