This role is permanent and they can offer full or part time hours to suit the successful applicant. What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied role where accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are key. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client and office account transactions
  • Processing electronic payments and banking activity
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations
  • Allocating receipts and payments to the correct matters
  • Processing invoices, bills and financial documentation
  • Assisting with property transaction completion statements
  • Recording and reconciling third-party costs and disbursements
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and audit-ready documentation
  • Supporting credit control activities and monitoring outstanding balances
  • Responding to finance-related queries from colleagues and clients
