A highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced GroupTreasury Manager on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to lead and develop its Treasury function, ensuring effective cash management, payments, banking, revenue collection and financial reporting across the Group. This is a senior Treasury leadership position offering the opportunity to influence financial performance, improve processes and provide strategic advice across a complex Group environment. The successful candidate will bring strong treasury, cash management and financial reporting experience, together with excellent leadership, stakeholder management and commercial skills. Own Group cash management, forecasting and liquidity. Oversee banking, payments and financial service providers. Manage Group card payment systems and infrastructure. Ensure accurate revenue reconciliation and financial reporting. Oversee supplier payments and payment controls. Monitor Group debt and drive recovery activity. Deliver KPI, cashflow and Board reporting. Ensure compliance with VAT, CIS, HMRC and regulatory requirements. Partner with senior leaders on cost reduction and business improvement. Provide Treasury expertise across key business and technology projects. Maintain strong governance, controls and fraud prevention measures. The Person: Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) Strong treasury, cashflow, budgeting and financial management experience. Experience implementing and supporting customer-facing financial systems and payment solutions. Advanced Microsoft Office and analytical skills. Proven leadership, finance business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
