We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the Newtownabbey area to recruit a Financial Controller. This is a newly created position and an exciting opportunity to build and lead a finance team, implement best practice, and make a real impact as the business continues to grow.
As Financial Controller, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and the effective delivery of strategic and operational objectives. You will lead and develop a small finance team, partnering closely with senior management to support decision‑making and performance improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements

About You
