Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.
- Provide both strategic financial leadership and hands-on oversight of day to day finance operations.
- Deliver timely and accurate management accounts, statutory financial reporting, and coordinate year-end audit processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Develop and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting standards within a regulated business environment.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to support organisational growth.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial analysis, financial modelling, and actionable insights that support decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, such as Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or Finance Director.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Experience preparing and presenting financial information to executive teams and boards.
- Experience within a multi-site, multi-entity, or cross-border organisation would be highly desirable.
