This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or barrister with a strong background in Northern Ireland conveyancing and property law, who is looking to move into a role with a greater focus on professional engagement, policy and supporting the wider legal community. The successful candidate will: Provide expert advice on conveyancing and non-contentious legal matters. Keep up to date with developments in legislation, policy and best practice. Work closely with committees, members and external stakeholders. Prepare written submissions, consultation responses and practice guidance. Contribute to conferences, events and initiatives supporting the profession. Analyse complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice. The ideal candidate will have: A professional legal qualification with substantial post-qualification experience in conveyancing and property. Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland conveyancing law, practice and procedure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. The ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. A practical understanding of the issues currently facing the conveyancing profession.
