A well-established and highly regarded local law firm in North Belfast is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join and further develop its property offering. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who is keen to grow a practice, build client relationships and play a key role in the continued development of the firm's commercial property work.
The Role
- You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters and will have genuine scope to develop and expand the department.
- The firm is open to candidates who bring an existing following or who are motivated to build one.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Acting on commercial leases for landlords and tenants
- Supporting local business clients with development projects
- Handling refinancing and secured lending transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the growth and profile of the commercial property offering
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Experience managing transactions independently
- Ambitious and proactive, with an interest in business development
- A following would be advantageous but is not essential
