As the business continues to grow, were looking for a Client Programme Coordinator to join the Belfast team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled seamlessly.

The Opportunity Youll play a central role in coordinating the successful delivery of client learning and development programmes.

Working across clients, facilitators, internal delivery teams and commercial colleagues, youll manage multiple programmes from initial planning through to completion.

Youll be coordinating schedules, managing programme logistics, preparing documentation, communicating with participants and stakeholders and solving challenges before they become problems.

What youll be doing Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of client training programmes and development events.

Build strong relationships with clients, facilitators and internal stakeholders.

Manage programme logistics including scheduling, resources, venues and virtual delivery.

Coordinate participant communications, diagnostics, assessments and pre-course activity.

Prepare and monitor programme documentation, course materials, invoices and evaluation reports.

Maintain accurate project records and provide progress updates.

Coordinate facilitator availability and manage multiple concurrent programmes.

Support client proposals and tender submissions where required.

Provide administrative and diary support to senior client-facing colleagues.

Use your judgement to manage expectations, resolve scheduling challenges and keep projects moving.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

What were looking for Were looking for someone with 3+ years experience in a professional, fast-paced environment, ideally with strong administration, coordination or project support experience.

Youll be: Highly organised and exceptionally detail-focused.

Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

A strong communicator, both written and verbal.

Comfortable working directly with external clients and building trusted relationships.

Proficient across Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.

A proactive self-starter who can work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.

Someone who enjoys taking ownership and finding solutions when plans change.

Experience in event management or training coordination would be advantageous.
