Client Delivery Coordinator Belfast Competitive Salary (dependent on experience) Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit a Client Delivery Coordinator.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of client engagements, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver a first-class service.

This varied position combines relationship management, programme coordination and operational support, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution within a busy and professional environment.

As Client Engagement Executive, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of client programmes from initial scheduling through to completion.

Acting as a central point of contact, you will ensure communication remains clear, deadlines are achieved and clients receive a consistently high level of service.

Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating multiple client programmes and activities simultaneously.

Supporting the planning and delivery of workshops, assessments and development initiatives.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and external partners.

Managing project documentation, timelines and key actions.

Supporting client communication and providing regular updates throughout delivery.

Assisting with the preparation of proposals, reports and client materials.

Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Monitoring progress, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions.

Maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement across processes.

Providing operational support to ensure efficient programme delivery.

Experience within client services, project coordination, operations, events, training coordination or a similar role.
