HR Manager
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a private-equity backed, multi-site manufacturing organisation operating across UK/NI to recruit a newly created HR Manager position.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
Working closely with an accomplished HR Consultant who brings over 20 years’ experience and a proven track record of scaling businesses, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s strategic people agenda across all company sites.
With significant autonomy and influence, you will lead key HR initiatives across organisational change, employee engagement, talent development, and culture, partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance.

What will you do as HR Manager?
- Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose HR operating model, policies, processes and governance frameworks.
- Partner with Directors and senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Lead organisational change, restructures and business transformation programmes ensuring successful implementation.
- Drive a high-performance culture through employee engagement, leadership coaching and organisational development initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, employment law and complex people matters.
- Build positive relationships with employee representatives and trade unions where applicable.
- Ensure HR compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, customer audits and ISO standards.
- Develop talent acquisition, succession planning and learning and development strategies to build organisational capability.
- Implement and optimise performance management frameworks and HR systems to improve efficiency, reporting and employee experience.
- Establish people metrics and HR reporting to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR team, embedding best practice and delivering a professional, customer-focused HR service.

- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Manager position
- Skilled working within a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment
- Experienced in leading on organisational change initiatives, delivering on HR Strategies and revising HR functions
