Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing business to appoint a Finance Manager to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional with manufacturing or operational finance experience to join a dynamic environment and play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making and driving performance improvements across the business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and financial analysis
• Deliver detailed cost and variance analysis across operations and production
• Manage inventory reconciliations, stock valuations, and cost accounting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities
• Partner with operational stakeholders to improve reporting and drive efficiencies

The Person

• Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
• Experience within a manufacturing, production, or operational finance environment
• Strong understanding of costing, margin analysis, and financial controls
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment
