Role Overview: The firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Litigation Department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, providing high-quality legal services across multiple areas, including Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Family Law, and Criminal Law. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop litigation skills within a supportive and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in areas such as Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Family Law, and Criminal Law.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client advice.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records in compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or qualifying 2025)

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
