The Opportunity
As Financial Modelling Manager, you will play a key role in delivering sophisticated modelling solutions that support a wide range of corporate finance engagements. Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will lead modelling workstreams, provide commercial insight, and help shape strategic recommendations for clients. This is an ideal move for someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with commercial problem-solving and is keen to take on greater responsibility in a dynamic advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and review of complex financial models across a variety of corporate finance assignments
- Support transactions including M&A, debt advisory, restructuring and strategic advisory projects
- Translate financial information into clear, actionable insights for clients and stakeholders
- Manage modelling deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality and commercial relevance
- Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical growth
- Contribute to business development activities, proposals and client presentations
- Collaborate with senior leadership teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
About You
To be successful in this role, you will likely possess:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Strong financial modelling experience gained within corporate finance, transaction services, valuation or advisory environments
- Previous experience operating at Assistant Manager, Manager or equivalent level
- Big 4 or leading advisory firm training would be highly advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders
