Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to make an impact in a growing business? We are partnering with a successful and ambitious company that is entering an exciting phase of growth. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial operations. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to shape processes and drive change from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful analysis
  • Develop and maintain project costing and budget tracking
  • Provide variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership
  • Assist with forecasting, cashflow management, and strategic planning
  • Support process improvements and system development as the business grows

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
  • Experience in management accounting, preferably within industry environment.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
