Senior Customer Service Executive Derry/Lderry Full-time / Permanent Competitive Package Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Executive on behalf of an established business within the manufacturing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional to manage key customer relationships, coordinate order fulfilment and work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities: Manage customer orders from entry through to processing and shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment. Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, order updates, changes and complaints. Maintain accurate customer records and order information using ERP systems. Work closely with Buyers, Planners and Sales teams to ensure on-time customer deliveries. Prepare weekly reports on order status, OTIF performance and sales outlook. Support sales and operational meetings, highlighting customer priorities, urgent orders and potential delivery issues. Manage customer requests through electronic trading portals, including SAP Ariba. Monitor expected sales performance, identifying potential shortfalls and working with internal teams to address them. Provide management support and cover for the Customer Service Manager when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant health, safety and environmental procedures. About you: At least 2 years' customer service experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably within the manufacturing sector/sector adjacent. Previous experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems. A customer-focused, proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
