Artemis Human Capital is working with a well-established legal practice in Co Down that is seeking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join their busy and growing team. This role offers a varied and interesting caseload across both civil and commercial litigation, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a broad spectrum of contentious matters.
You will work alongside experienced litigators, supporting a loyal client base on everything from contractual disputes and contentious probate to debt recovery, personal injury, and property-related claims. The firm handles work at all court levels, providing solid exposure for those keen to develop further in advocacy or complex litigation.
The role will involve:
- Managing your own caseload of civil and commercial litigation files
- Drafting pleadings, instructions to counsel, and legal correspondence
- Attending court hearings and settlement discussions
