This is a standout opportunity for a legal secretary who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. You'll be supporting a team of highly regarded litigation solicitors handling a range of disputes.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to litigation fee earners
- Managing legal documentation and correspondence, including court forms and pleadings
- Handling digital dictation, document production, and diary management with efficiency and accuracy
- Liaising confidently with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties
- Maintaining organised and compliant client files from instruction through to resolution
- Supporting the litigation process through proactive task management and attention to deadlines
- Assisting with billing, time recording, and general team administration
What Youll Need:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary within a litigation
- Fast and accurate typing skills (digital dictation experience preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
