This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Professional, HR Graduate, or HR Practitioner with recruitment experience to join a thriving business where people are at the heart of success. What will you do as Recruitment Officer?

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from attraction and screening through to offer and onboarding.
  • Support workforce planning by partnering with the HR team to deliver short and long-term recruitment needs.
  • Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and the company careers site, ensuring campaigns are engaging, cost-effective, and regularly reviewed.
  • Conduct candidate screening, registration interviews, right-to-work checks, document verification, and selection assessments.
  • Coordinate hiring activity with internal stakeholders, arranging interviews, start dates, and onboarding schedules to meet business requirements.
  • Prepare employment contracts and new starter documentation, ensuring compliance and confidentiality at all stages.
  • Manage onboarding activities, including induction coordination and maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems.
  • Produce recruitment metrics, reports, and market insights, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance attraction and retention strategies.
  • Support general HR administration, including employee file management, record updates, and exit interview analysis.
  • Promote the organisation as an employer of choice by attending recruitment events and implementing innovative talent attraction initiatives.

What will you require as Recruitment Officer?

  • 12 years' experience within Recruitment and/or HR
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment activity
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience using HR systems and recruitment platforms
  • A proactive, candidate-focused approach

Desirable:

  • CIPD qualification (or working towards)
  • HR-related degree
