What will you do as Recruitment Officer?
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from attraction and screening through to offer and onboarding.
- Support workforce planning by partnering with the HR team to deliver short and long-term recruitment needs.
- Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and the company careers site, ensuring campaigns are engaging, cost-effective, and regularly reviewed.
- Conduct candidate screening, registration interviews, right-to-work checks, document verification, and selection assessments.
- Coordinate hiring activity with internal stakeholders, arranging interviews, start dates, and onboarding schedules to meet business requirements.
- Prepare employment contracts and new starter documentation, ensuring compliance and confidentiality at all stages.
- Manage onboarding activities, including induction coordination and maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems.
- Produce recruitment metrics, reports, and market insights, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance attraction and retention strategies.
- Support general HR administration, including employee file management, record updates, and exit interview analysis.
- Promote the organisation as an employer of choice by attending recruitment events and implementing innovative talent attraction initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, delivering a positive recruitment experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Provide support across wider HR activities and projects as required.
What will you require as Recruitment Officer?
- 12 years' experience within Recruitment and/or HR
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment activity
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience using HR systems and recruitment platforms
- A proactive, candidate-focused approach
