Purchase to Pay Coordinator Belfast (Hybrid) We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a Purchase to Pay Coordinator for their finance team based in Belfast. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering the chance to lead an established Accounts Payable team within a global shared services environment. You'll oversee day-to-day AP operations, manage team performance and drive continuous improvement across the Purchase to Pay function. Key Responsibilities Lead, support and manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable team Allocate workloads, monitor performance and ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved Oversee the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and credit notes Review payment runs, resolve supplier queries and oversee statement reconciliations Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase accuracy and automation Provide coaching, training and ongoing development to team members Work collaboratively with Finance, Procurement and wider departments to improve P2P processes Support internal and external audit requirements Who We're Looking For Extensive Accounts Payable experience, ideally within a shared services environment Previous experience managing and developing an AP team Strong understanding of Purchase to Pay processes, KPIs and SLAs Experience driving process improvements and leading cross-functional projects Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems Experience using Concur would be advantageous Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What's On Offer Competitive Salary Hybrid Working 2 days WFH 34 Days Annual Leave (including public holidays) Additional Day Off for Your Birthday Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Packages Pension Cycle to Work Scheme Training & Professional Development Opportunities Employee Assistance Programme Workplace Reward & Recognition Scheme If you're an experienced Accounts Payable professional with strong leadership skills and are looking for an opportunity to lead a team within a global organisation, get in touch with Diarmuid for a confidential discussion.
