The Opportunity

Working closely with senior management, you will take ownership of the day-to-day internal finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient processes, and timely financial information to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily internal finance operations
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records across integrated finance systems
  • Completing balance sheet and control account reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Processing supplier payments and monitoring financial controls
  • Assisting with ad hoc reporting and wider finance-related tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial procedures

About You

  • Previous experience in an internal accounting or finance role
  • Strong experience preparing management accounts and reconciliations
  • Comfortable operating within a professional services environment
  • Proficient in Xero, Excel, and Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong understanding of accounting controls and financial processes
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
