What Youll Be Doing:

  • Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to litigation fee earners
  • Managing legal documentation and correspondence, including court forms and pleadings
  • Handling digital dictation, document production, and diary management with efficiency and accuracy
  • Liaising confidently with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties
  • Maintaining organised and compliant client files from instruction through to resolution
  • Supporting the litigation process through proactive task management and attention to deadlines
  • Assisting with billing, time recording, and general team administration

What Youll Need:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary within a litigation
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (digital dictation experience preferred)
