Group Management Accountant Lisburn - Hybrid £40,000 - £50,000 Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business to appoint a Group Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part-Qualified, Finalist or Qualified Accountant to join a growing finance function, work closely with the Finance Director and take genuine ownership across management accounts, financial controls and wider Group finance. Key Responsibilities Own the preparation offull monthly management accounts across multiple entities and ensure timely month-end close. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances and maintain robust financial controls. Deliver accurate management reporting and analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making. Support Group cash flow reporting, forecasting and wider cash management. Assist with the integration of acquisitions, ensuring consistent reporting, controls and processes across the Group. Play a key role inERP implementation, finance process improvement and wider strategic finance projects. The Person Part-Qualified, Finalist or Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Proven experience preparing full monthly management accounts with strong balance sheet and reconciliation skills. Strong understanding of financial controls, with the confidence to identify and resolve issues. Excellent Excel and systems skills, with a strong aptitude for learning new finance systems. Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes are continually developing. Ambitious and driven, with the desire to take ownership and progress towards an Assistant Financial Controller / Financial Controller position.
