We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation to appoint a Global Tax & Finance Manager into a high-profile international team.

Working closely with senior tax leadership, finance teams and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, you'll oversee complex tax reserve and accounting processes, drive operational improvements and help shape how a global organisation manages an evolving area of its business.

This role offers a unique blend of tax, accounting, project leadership and process transformation, with exposure to senior decision-makers across an international network.

Leading reserve reconciliations, releases and associated accounting processes.

Supporting year-end tax calculations, disclosures and reporting requirements.

Managing and overseeing partner tax reserve processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Driving process improvement initiatives and strengthening operational controls.

Partnering with senior stakeholders, including tax leaders, finance directors and business leaders.

Supporting and coordinating junior team members across multiple locations.

Exploring and implementing technology-led improvements, including automation and AI-enabled solutions.

What We're Looking For ***We're interested in speaking with candidates from a range of backgrounds, including: Financial Control Professional Services Finance Personal Tax Partnership Tax Corporate Tax Tax Accounting You'll likely bring: ACA, ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification.

Tax qualification such as CTA, ADIT or similar (desirable but not essential).

Experience operating at Manager level or equivalent.

Strong accounting and analytical skills.

The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A collaborative approach and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

A genuine interest in improving processes and driving change.
