Finance Manager (Part Time) Belfast - 3 Days Per Week Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with an established and expanding business to appoint an experienced Finance Manager on a part-time basis.
Working closely with the Directors, you will take ownership of the finance function while also playing an important role in improving business processes, systems and people operations.
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact.
The Role Managing the day-to-day finance operations and supporting a small finance team.
Producing accurate management accounts, group reporting, budgets and financial forecasts.
Taking responsibility for year-end preparation, cash flow management, financial controls and compliance.
Working alongside the Directors to provide meaningful commercial and financial guidance.
Supporting HR and employee processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, KPIs, systems and internal processes.
Helping drive the adoption of technology and AI to improve efficiency across the business.
The Person ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with significant post-qualified experience.
Previous experience managing, mentoring or developing a finance team.
Strong knowledge of technical accounting and consolidated reporting.
Excellent commercial awareness and sound financial decision-making skills.
A proactive approach to improving processes, systems and reporting.
An interest in technology, automation and the practical application of AI within finance.
