Artemis Career Launch Programme Business Support Assistant (10-Month Placement)

Location: Belfast

Contract: Fixed Term (1 September - 30 June)

Hours: Full-time (35.5 hours per week)

Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm

Friday: 8.30am - 3.00pm

Reporting to: Operations & Business Improvement Manager

As part of our Career Launch Programme, you'll become an important member of our Operations team, working alongside experienced professionals who will support your development every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Welcoming clients and candidates to our office and creating a professional first impression.
  • Answering telephone calls and managing incoming enquiries.
  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of a busy professional services business.
  • Preparing reports, maintaining databases and carrying out accurate data entry.
  • Assisting with CRM updates and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies.
  • Preparing meeting rooms and supporting internal meetings.
  • Assisting with document preparation and administrative projects.
  • Supporting consultants and the wider team with day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Helping with company events, networking events and marketing activities where required.
  • Undertaking a variety of ad hoc tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the business.

No two days will be the same, giving you exposure to many different areas of a growing business.
