Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support including document preparation, scanning, photocopying and filing
- Organising and maintaining both digital and paper-based records accurately

- Supporting billing, invoicing and payment administration processes
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence while maintaining accurate records
- Liaising professionally with clients, external contacts and internal teams
- Preparing documentation packs, reports and presentation materials

- Arranging travel and providing wider business support across the office
