Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Private Client work, particularly Wills and Probate? An excellent opportunity has arisen within a long-established and highly respected Belfast law firm, known for its supportive culture and dedication to client care.

The Role:

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, with responsibilities including:

  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence

  • Diary management and arranging appointments

  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties

  • Opening and closing files in accordance with compliance procedures

  • General administrative support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a Wills and Probate or wider Private Client team is essential

  • Excellent typing and administrative skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
