Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded legal practice seeking to appoint a Legal Accounts Assistant to their established team. This role is permanent and they can offer full or part time hours to suit the successful applicant. What You'll Be Doing
- Managing client and office account transactions
- Processing electronic payments and banking activity
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Allocating receipts and payments to the correct matters
- Processing invoices, bills and financial documentation
- Assisting with property transaction completion statements
- Recording and reconciling third-party costs and disbursements
- Maintaining accurate financial records and audit-ready documentation
- Supporting credit control activities and monitoring outstanding balances
- Responding to finance-related queries from colleagues and clients
