Artemis Human Capital is excited to be working with a global commercial law firm who are searching to add a junior corporate solicitor to their growing team. This Firm is recruiting for a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join their Belfast based, corporate team.

The Role:

  • Work closely with a range of the Firm’s practice groups, including Corporate & Securities, M&A, Cross-Border Transactions & Integrations, Reorganisations, Intellectual Property, Data & Technology, Data Privacy, and Capital Markets.
  • Assist the Firm’s offices with a variety of corporate and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions, including large-scale due diligence projects, drafting due diligence reports, and preparing corporate and commercial documentation.
  • Assisting the Firm’s offices with a diverse range of matters, often across multiple jurisdictions, such as large-scale due diligence projects, and reports and ancillary deliverables in support of transactional work.
  • Developing strong working relationships with Partners and Lawyers in all sectors / departments in a variety of jurisdictions.
  • Contributing to the identification of innovative services and methods to assist in achieving efficiencies and continual process improvement.

The Candidate:

  • This role calls for a NI or E&W Qualified Lawyer of NQ level plus, with demonstrable experience of Corporate Law.
  • Should have the ability to review, analyse and organise documentary and factual evidence and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Should have excellent decision making, communication and teamwork skills but also be capable of working individually and using your own initiative.
  • Should also be able to identify issues, anticipate consequences and take a logical approach to problem solving.
  • Should be able to move through a variety of tasks and handle a varied daily workload.
