Artemis Human Capital is delighted to assist a global and exponentially growing manufacturing business in the recruitment of a HR Officer for their Head Office in Dungannon. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will work alongside the HR Team to provide specialist HR Generalist support across their company sites whilst availing of a fantastic pay and benefits package.

What will you do as HR Officer?

  • Managing the full end to end recruitment process including identifying skills gaps, devising job adverts, conducting shortlisting, arranging/hosting interviews, delivering feedback and issuing job offers.
  • Lead and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and appeal hearings.
  • Utilising the HR and TMS Systems to update employee personal details, monitor employee attendance and download documentation.
  • Provide HR Support on Global HR Projects across all company sites.
  • Deliver performance management coaching and career development initiatives.
  • Lead people development strategies, including succession planning and skills matrix management.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly operational meetings, providing HR insights and solutions.
  • Oversee fortnightly pay and bonus reviews in collaboration with payroll.

What will you require as HR Officer?

  • Minimum of 2 years experience at HR Officer Level
  • Experienced in leading on ER cases, conducting full cycle recruitment and engaging in HR Project Work.
  • Proficient in utilising HRIS Systems and knowledge of NI legislation.
  • Desirable to have CIPD Qualification or Degree.
  • Full clean driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business use.
