Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be in partnership with an exponentially growing and multi-site service provider in the recruitment of a HR Manager in Greater Belfast. Reporting into the CEO, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership in developing the overall group HR Strategy whilst having full autonomy and scope for growth.

What will you receive?

  • £70,000-75,000 dependent upon experience
  • 4pm finish each day
  • One day a week working from home
  • Flexibility on start and finish times
  • Support from external HR Consultant and recruitment administrators

What will you do?

  • Devise and implement the company's HR Strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives
  • Act as an advisor to the Senior Management team and departmental managers on full cycle employee queries i.e. probation reviews, absence management and terminations
  • Lead on the creation and implementation of a new HRIS System to streamline existing HR processes
  • Manage employee relations cases i.e. investigations for disciplinaries and grievances
  • Create HR policies and procedures in alignment with business objectives and employment legislation
  • Manage the full end to end recruitment and selection process i.e. devising job descriptions, conducting interviews and Right to Work checks
  • Lead on conducting monthly audits to ensure compliance across all the company's policies and procedures

What will you require?

  • Minimum of 3 years at HR Manager Level or a Stand-Alone HR Business Partner Level
  • Experienced in developing HR Strategies, end to end recruitment and managing ER cases
  • Skilled in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Obtained CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
  • Must have access to a car and a full driving licence
