Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be supporting an exponentially growing, multi-site and market leader within it\’s industry in the recruitment of a HR Manager.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function and build it from scratch. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of HR, navigate different employment legislations, and play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth plans across all of Ireland and Scotland.

What will you do as HR Manager?

As HR Manager, you will build the HR function whilst providing strategic/operational HR Support and driving organisational growth. Duties include:

  • Manage the full end to end recruitment process to attract and retain top-tier talent across all company sites
  • Devise and implement HR policies/procedures across multiple employment jurisdictions
  • Create and execute on bespoke learning and development programs to foster a high-performance culture
  • Utilise the HRIS System to upload and revise employee personnel data
  • Conduct HR reporting to monitor sickness absence, performance and retention
  • Provide specialist HR Advisory support on all employee relations and performance
  • Launch HR Projects to enhance employee wellbeing and productivity

What will you require as HR Manager?

  • Previous experience as a HR Manager
  • Excellent understanding of employment legislation
  • Skilled in end to end recruitment, devising training programs and creating HR Policies/Procedures
  • Experienced in using HR systems, leading on ER cases and engaging in HR projects
  • Must be flexible to travel to Scotland and across Ireland
