Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a market-leading, long-established and highly-reputable manufacturing business based in Fermanagh in the recruitment of HRIS Project Implementation Lead to manage the end-to-end implementation of their new HR Management System. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HRIS Project Implementation Lead to play a key role in a high-profile transformation programme that will shape the future of how the organisation operates. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders, gaining real ownership and the ability to influence important decisions while driving meaningful change across the organisation.

What will you do?

  • As HRIS Project Implementation Lead, you will have ownership of the HR System Implementation project. Duties include:
  • Managing the end-to-end implementation of the HR System locally whilst ensuring all phases of the project are managed effectively from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved and the project remains on schedule.
  • Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and the project team, maintaining transparent communication, managing expectations and addressing risks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Implement structured project management practices, applying recognised frameworks to support effective governance, risk control and delivery standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise wave deployments, ensuring each phase of the implementation aligns with organisational requirements and compliance standards.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews, evaluating outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and capturing lessons learned to enhance future deployment phases.

What will you require?

  • Experience within implementing HR Systems
  • Skilled in data integration, data management and conducting project reports
  • Obtain Project Management Qualification
  • Desirable to have experience in a manufacturing environment
