Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager to join a thriving business within the manufacturing sector. This role offers full autonomy, with the potential to grow into a Head of HR position.
As HR Manager, you will lead a team of 10-12, delivering both operational and strategic HR management for a 1200-strong workforce. You will report directly to the Head of HR and collaborate closely with the Site Operations Manager and Senior Management Team.
- Drive and implement the HR strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and staff motivation.
- Partner with Site Managers to address recruitment and retention challenges.
- Advise and support senior management on all HR-related matters.
- Oversee training, development, and HR team leadership.
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
The Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing. Proven leadership in a unionised environment with complex employee relations.
