The Role

As an HR Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimising SuccessFactors to ensure seamless HR operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing helpdesk support, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues
  • Ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies
  • Managing system updates, change requests, and process improvements
  • Generating reports and insights to support HR and business strategy
  • Delivering training and documentation to enhance user experience

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central or a similar HRIS such as Workday HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, BambooHR, Sage People, and PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Background in HR and/or payroll systems administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or fast-paced industries
  • Service desk/ticket management expertise
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
