HR Officer (12-Month Contract) Antrim Area Industry: Manufacturing | Salary: £ Depending on Experience | Early finish Fridays!! Our client, a leading manufacturing business based in Antrim, is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join their team on a 12-month contract. This opportunity offers fantastic exposure to a broad range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. The Role As HR Officer, youll play a central role in supporting the full HR lifecycle across the organisation. This includes delivering practical HR advice, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Compliance Provide HR advice and support across the organisation (NI & ROI). Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies. Recruitment & Onboarding Create job descriptions and manage end-to-end recruitment. Lead new starter inductions and maintain applicant tracking systems. Employee Development & Performance Coordinate probation reviews with line managers. Support training schedules and development initiatives. Employee Engagement & Relations Provide advice on employment law and HR policies. Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
